In collaboration with Tangible Science we have developed an innovative formula for a unique solution for soft and gas-permeable contact lenses. The formula is based on a new polymer discovered by Tangible Science in collaboration with the University of Standford. This new formula gives the solution greater wetting power with the aim of maximizing the hydration of the lens. In addition, the formula contains two monomers that guarantee the disappearance of the preservative, which causes frequent and common irritation and burning once in contact with the eye.

 

This is an ambitious project through which we would like to overcome ourselves and bring a positive impact in the world of optics through the proposal of this new product. We are proud of our achievements and will be pleased to share our knowledge with members of the technology community as soon as the project is completed and tested.
